Return and Refund Policy

Customized Orders

* No Returns or Refunds: Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized orders. Please make sure all spelling and color choices are correct before finalizing your purchase.

All sales of customized products are final.

Damaged Products

* Returns and Refunds: At the discretion of JB Laser Studios, products may be returned and/or costs refunded on damaged products. To begin this process:

* Notification Period: You must notify us of the damage within 36 hours of receiving the product.

* Required Documentation: To process your return, please submit three clear pictures of the damaged product. The pictures should include:

    * A close-up of the damaged area.

    * A full view of the product showing the damage.

    * The packaging in which the product was delivered.

How to Submit a Return Request

* Contact Us: Email our customer service team at jsdzigns@mail.com within 36 hours of receiving your damaged product.

* Provide Details: Include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and the three required pictures.

Return and Refund Process

* Inspection: Upon receiving proof of damage, we will inspect images to confirm damage to the product.

* Product Return: At the discretion of JB Laser Studios, products may be required to be returned to shop owner at the expense of customer. This will be determined during the inspection phase of the refund process. Refunds will be issued to customer after the product has been received by the shop owner.

* Refund Issuance: Once inspection is complete and damage has been determined to be substantial for refund, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
