Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed/crafted within 3-5 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional time. If your item will take some extra time, we will send you an email with the estimated time frame, but please know that we will do our very best to stay on track. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:  Estimated delivery times vary by carrier:

  *Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

       * $8 for 0-2 lbs

       * $16 for 2.01-5 lbs

       * $24 for 5.01-10 lbs

  *Expedited Shipping: If you need it quickly, please contact us directly by email jsdzigns@mail.com or text message 540-692-9828 for shipping price. 

Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please save this information until your package is received. 

Lost Packages: We take great care in packaging your items, but if your order is lost in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping company.  All packages are shipped with insurance. 

At JB Laser Studios, we want every order to reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes items can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged package, please follow the steps below.

Reporting Damage

  * Contact Us Promptly – Notify our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and a description of the damage.

  * Provide Photos – Send clear images of the damaged item(s) and packaging to JSDzigns@mail.com This helps us assess the issue quickly and find the best solution.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

     * A replacement of the damaged item(s)

     * A refund or store credit

     * Help in directing the customer to make a claim with the shipping company
